Decker Restoration DBA Paul Davis Restoration is an insurance restoration and home remodeling company located in Middletown, New York. We service both insurance restoration needs as well as any home remodeling needs in Orange County, Rockland County, and Sullivan County.

The Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC) is a non-profit certifying body for the flooring inspection, floor covering and specialized fabric cleaning, and disaster restoration industry. Organized in 1972, the IICRC currently represents more than 3,500 Certified Firms and more than 33,000 Certified Technicians in 30 countries. The IICRC, with participation from the entire industry, sets standards for inspection, cleaning, and disaster restoration.

Our Insurance Restoration and Home Remodeling Staff

 

Bruce Decker, President. Bruce has been repairing damaged structures for over 23 years and has overseen the rebuilding of hundreds of damage repair projects. Bruce has certifications and extensive training in fire, water and smoke damage restoration and mold removal and remediation.

Matt Decker, Estimator and Project Manager. Matt completed his BA Degree from the University of Albany in 2003 and has since gone on to a successful career in  home remodeling project estimating and job management. He does a great job and his forte is speedy completion of the project.

Kathleen Rice, our Office Manager. Kathleen has been with us over 4 years and knows the ins and outs. She handles all of our office duties and will be the person to answer the phone when you call. She is glad to help.

Douglas Cherry, Construction Foreman. Doug has over 25 years experience in general construction and had his own roofing business for many years.

Jared Seidel, Carpenter. With experience in general construction Jared brings a strong background in custom homes, additions, and decks.

Paul Florek, Construction Foreman. Paul is the latest addition to our staff and brings years of experience as a union electrician. Initially hired as a carpenter and electrician, he has been promoted to construction foreman.

Brendan Power, Estimator & Project Manager joined our PDR staff in July of 2006 and brings with him over 25 years of Construction Management and General Contracting experience. He is a perfectionist who gets every job done as quickly and efficiently as possible. He is IICRC certified in Applied Structural Drying, Fire Restoration and Water Damage Restoration.
